Kia ora, I'm Dawn Headey, the founder and director of Coach2Success.
I have been fortunate to call New Zealand home since 2006. Following 15 years of experience in HR and recruitment with a leading UK bank, and dedicating time to raising my three sons, I made the life-changing decision to immigrate to New Zealand with my family. We eventually settled in the beautiful Taranaki region on the west coast of the North Island. After a period of further study, I established Coach2Success in 2015 and have been committed to helping my clients achieve their goals ever since.
Before launching my business, my professional experience in New Zealand included supporting single parents in returning to the workforce through a government initiative, working as a qualified social worker, and serving as a teaching assistant for students with learning difficulties at a local primary school. Additionally, I delivered NZQA-accredited health and wellbeing programmes to senior high school students.
