With a 15 year background in HR and Recruitment in a major UK bank, I immigrated to New Zealand with my family 16 years ago and settled in the beautiful province of Taranaki which is situated on the west side of the North Island. In 2012, with the support of my family, I undertook full time study and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and then went on to gain a Diploma in Coaching before launching my business, Coach 2 Success.
Working with clients internationally and locally since 2014, I adopt a collaborative and friendly working style and enjoy assisting motivated people to realise their employment and career goals in New Zealand. My work history in New Zealand, prior to study included supporting single parents back into the workforce (a government funded initiative); as a social worker for Barnardos and, as a teaching assistant at a local primary school, working alongside students with learning difficulties. I also have experience in facilitating health & wellbeing programmes for senior high school students.
